I'm sure that I am leaving some out, but everyone from the owner Lucas down to service and office personnel are knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to get the job done, the RIGHT way. Not only was he knowledgeable, but was courteous, kind and did an amazing job. His work ethic matches everyone else that I've dealt with at TM. Lucas, you really do have an elite staff. Terry was even asked to enquire about my generac bi annual service contract. The company is always working to maintain the high standards that I have come to know and expect.
