We are looking for helpers with or without experience. Must be able to lift 100 lbs or more and work in tight, hot environments. Frequently work in attics over 120 degrees and under houses with 2ft or less room. Experience is not required but is also welcomed. Heating and Air work involves using all significant trades, so whether you have those experiences or not, we welcome the willingness to learn about your new career in the HVAC world. Expected pay of 35-50K a year plus additional benefits. 40 hours in the Winter, 40 - 80 hours in the Summer.

We are looking for lead installers with 2-5 years of experience installing residential and light commercial equipment. Must have basic knowledge of proper refrigeration practices, ductwork installation, and a willingness to learn our way of proper installation. Sheet metal mechanics are welcomed but not required. Expected pay of 75-100K a year plus additional benefits. 40 hours in the Winter, 40 - 80 hours in the Summer. Company Vehicle provided.
