mike was totally professional, friendly, and gave us completely satisfying service from the beginning to the end. Definitely addressed every concern we had thoroughly and clearly and was very easy to deal with, he handled every issue that came up with total confidence and generosity. Just got new system installed.  Daryll and corey did wonderful job ...protected house..worked constantly and diligently over 12 hrs. If system and company

I have a contract with River City for HVAC maintenance and they've been doing a great job for 4 years. Mike came by for my semiannual maintenance today and was very helpful. He called when he was on his way and arrived early in the scheduling window. He checked the notes from previous technicians to assess how my system is performing over time. He talked me through everything he was seeing and what to look out for going forward.
