FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY JOB: Getting to know our clients and look after them. A great boss who understands life and won't let it cause issues when it gets in the way!
FAMILY: 3 children that I love deeply-all teens, 19-17-15.

WORDS FROM LUCAS: She is my right hand! I couldn’t do all the things I have to do without knowing she is fully capable of making a decision that needs to be made on our clients' or employees' behalf. She does so much helping me keep this team in order and is on the lookout for ways to make us more efficient! She has an amazing soul and has a love for this city that is second to none. She is the glue, the oil, and the bandages that make it all work!

FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY JOB: Informing the Greater New Orleans area of what’s going on around town. And I’ll tell you what's going on...River City’s Total Maintenance is the real deal guys! From the first time I met Lucas 9 years ago, I could tell he was different. He was not going to be just an AC Guy but the New Orleans PREMIER AC service provider, PERIOD. The way he conducts business is the way you want someone to treat you! I love him like a brother and you will love his team too. Fair and Honest LUCAS and the BOYS at River City’s Total Maintenance!!

FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY JOB: Very laid back company with a family-first attitude. We work hard to ensure the needs of our clients are met daily. When we fall short we do what it takes to correct it. This is a TEAM and we work well together!
FAMILY: Fiance and together we have 5 kids.
HOBBIES: Swimming and amusement parks with family. Going fishing and riding dirt bikes!
WORDS FROM LUCAS: Keys….we call her keys because she is the fastest processor on the planet! You can hear the KEYS on the keyboard getting banged up when she is hard at it! She understands our program better than I do at times it seems and has an intuition that I couldn’t teach even if I tried. She is a hard worker and puts her heart and soul into going above and beyond for our clients!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: LB as we call him has a gift. People love him because of his “CAN DO” attitude and willingness to find a solution to any problem. Labrian has been with me going on 10 years and in that time I have seen him grow from a helper to an installer and now into one hell of a service tech. I kinda helped raise him in this trade and it gives me a tremendous sense of pride seeing him grow and prosper in this company. I am as proud of him as he is of our company because he gives it 110%. I couldn’t ask for a better person to represent this company!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: Phil will give you the shirt off of his back! His clients always come first and he is quick to lend a hand to anyone in need. On top of that he has worked on about every piece of refrigeration equipment on the planet. I call him when something is difficult and he has always come through for me. He has also won Peoples Choice in Kenner for best tasting crawfish a few years in a row! A man of many talents, we are lucky to have him on our team.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY JOB: I enjoy delivering on what I promise. I like finding solutions that others have not thought of. And I believe in quality. First and foremost the most important day of a system's life is the day it is installed and we go OVER and ABOVE what it takes to ensure we do our job so that you have many, many years of quality indoor comfort. The pride we all have in a job well done is the reason people use us!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: Bobby is a great communicator who is going to give his clients education on what best suits the situation. He is well versed in the installation and service of your system and proves it every day with the compliments we get from his clients. As someone who installed systems before learning to work on them, he has eyes for both sides of the equation, which is invaluable to me because I can trust what he is saying to me and our clients!

FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY JOB: Great environment to work in with an attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and superior service. I love the fact that WE all care so much for our clients well being and it shows in our performance. We all have each other's back when times are tough and it shows in our ability to complete the tough tasks we face.

WORDS FROM LUCAS: Josh is another one I have helped raise. He worked for me a little over 6 years ago and went off to Indianapolis for about 5 years. When he returned home to NOLA I was more than happy to bring him back on full throttle. In his time away he picked up the parts of the trade he was missing and like all really good AC men, learned from the install side of things first and is now applying his gift to the service end of things. A great communicator, I look forward to many years working alongside him!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: You want to see a hard worker find Troy! This man will get into the nastiest situations to get a job done and has NEVER complained. He is one of my “Gut Men” and someone I want in a foxhole with me at all times. This man exemplifies what it means to get the job done the right way ALL THE TIME! A skilled electrical mind that has transferred into the air conditioning side beautifully and has one bright future ahead of him!

He understands that today is a GIFT and that’s why they call it the PRESENT! A hard worker who gives it his all, 110%. He is someone that values what we do and it shows in his work everyday!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: This young man has got it. I see him as one of my truck leaders in the next year or two. Every so often you run across someone that you can sense his hunger for knowledge and this young man is starving for it. Great attitude and work ethic, no matter how hard I have tried I cannot teach WANT TO! This guy WANTS TO! Very happy to have him aboard!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: Guy has been around all aspects of the trade for many years. From service to installation he has really found his groove in the commercial side of the business. A good communicator, Tim is someone I know will tell me the good or the bad about a situation. It is nice to have so many well rounded guys pulling the same direction and Tim is most definitely one of those guys!

FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY JOB: Different place everyday. Seeing the different applications we do and figuring them out is what does it for me. I enjoy making the impossible possible the RIGHT way!!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: Justin is an artist. I have been in the business for 22 years. I have seen some of the best do this trade. I have not seen anyone do it better and that is a FACT! From start to finish this guy can flat out roll. His vision on a job is in a class by himself. He is able to see the service side of things as well as having a knack for getting the job done on time and on budget. He makes us so much better by having him on board and he has an unbelievable work ethic. He is THAT GUY on the team you were a part of that makes everyone better! He is my ACE!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: Chad will do whatever we need him to do. From making 1000 ft. of trunk line in the shop, to installing a furnace in the winter, he has been on all sides of the business. Another one I don’t have to look for when he comes to work, he brings his lunch! One of the nicest men I have on staff! He cares about us all very much and it shows in his attitude.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY JOB: Everyone is a family here. We all work together and it's not perfect. Lucas always talks about TEAM and I truly believe we are. The common goal is keeping our clients happy with what services we provide and I think we all work well to that goal!

WORDS FROM LUCAS: Billy is a huge asset to our team. His ability to do work on a multitude of different applications has made us very versatile. From welding to small engine repair, Billy is often the one keeping the wheels on, literally!

MASTER SERVICE TECHWORDS FROM LUCAS: If we voted in the company for the person to most likely be able to dunk a basketball he would win hands down. He is an imposing-looking man standing about 6 foot 6 with a wingspan that has to be close to 10ft. Huge guy with a huge heart. He is someone who doesn’t need a ladder much but he is not afraid to get dirty and get the job done. That ally I was talking about, if I bring him whomever is in it will remain very, very quiet!
