The serviceman Justin was great with giving me extra information for me to protect my old unit, I appreciate that. Even more, the pleasant technicians that have been an absolute pleasure to speak to, the thorough job they have done on service and inspection. THANK YOU! Completely satisfied with the experience! The extremely friendly technicians were phenomenal! I was impressed with the rapid response to my initial call for service as well as the exceptional communication, prompt replies, to expedite a convenient time (and it was late in the evening)! Very attentive to me explaining the concern/situation (and I know I talk a lot) without having me feel like I’m wasting his time. Diagnosed the problem within moments of being here and repaired the problem with details and logical comprehensive explanations. 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ps…. Nothing to do with the AC. David Rush10/08/2024I was incredibly surprised how responsive Total Maintenance was, especially in the literal peak of Louisiana summer! I filled out their form, they called me 35 minutes later to schedule, the tech called me 10 minutes later and they were at my house 40 minutes after that. You cannot get any better service than that! Joey was top notch and talked us through everything he was doing. He taught us a lot and got us going in under an hour. I have a brother-in-law in the biz and THEY were faster than him getting to us! These guys will not do you wrong. Price? Lmao, I was expecting an arm and a leg… not even close. I was recommended by a friend and I’m trying to return the favor. These guys are legit! Donna Horowitz10/08/2024This morning we woke up with our upstairs air conditioner not working properly. We called River City's Total Maintenance and they were out within 30 minutes of calling. Replaced our capacitor and we are back up and running. To find someone on a Saturday in the middle of the summer says a lot about this company. Robert was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Amanda Kirwan10/08/2024I just wanted to tell y'all how amazing Lucas Ragusa and River City Total Maintenance is!! If you are looking for an HVAC company, please call them! My downstairs AC stopping cooling on Monday. The home warranty company kept pushing my appointment around and couldn't get anyone to me for over a week. And that was just to look at it! I called Lucas and he had someone out SAME DAY! Turns, out my air handler needed to be replaced. He worked with me on price and had a new unit installed with 36 hours. Cody, Josh and their install crew worked their butts off and were kind, courteous and left everything clean when then left. They even followed up next day to make sure we were running well. Dwan Hilferty09/08/2024Terry Simmons visited the rental property that my sister and I own. The condensate line had backed up and the stack vent had to be cleaned out. Mr. Simmons was early for the appointment. He informed me of the estimated cost before performing the work. He cleared the stack vent. He insured that the air conditioning condensate line was flowing properly. He performed the work well.
