Also put in a whole house dehumidifier for each of my AC systems. I am beyond grateful to Lucas and his team. Since they installed each of these items, they have been prompt for maintenance checks, and have been accessible when I have any questions . Phil installed the smart system today so I will be aware of any issues immediately. The smart AC app even lets you know when your filters need to be changed which is something that easily gets missed when life is hectic.
