Lucas was able to identify the issue with my constant leaking HVAC from hundreds of miles away. I had shot video, which he was able to view on an online forum, and offered free advice on how to fix the issue. Based on his recommendations, I found a local HVAC professional who made the corrections and fixed a problem I had for 8 years! There were 5 different local companies who could not fix the issue, but based on Lucas advice, I found someone who was able to finally identify the issue (cracked pan and missing P trap) and fix. This company knows what they are doing, highly recommend them! He's honest and will give you a real assessment on how to fix your system!

This company and its employees, Josh, Justin, Troy and Tim were beyond professional and caring. I had a total house Generac generator installed. The job was finished the day before I evacuated for Hurricane Ida. Not only did Josh, Troy and Justin come out to complete the job, while everyone else was completing their own storm prep, they stayed well into the evening to make sure that I had a working generator prior to the impending storm. They were kind and caring; treating me more like part of their own family than a customer. While another company could have left before the job was completed due to the hurricane, these three stayed to make sure that I was taken care of. I would and have begun recommending this company to everyone!!!! Tim came out to do my a.c. maintenance a few days before and was just as courteous and informative as I asked a dozen or more questions. I am a recent widow and having a company care about the work that was needed, doing the job in a professional manner with knowledge, courtesy and kindness says a great deal about this organization, Lucas, you have a WONDERFUL TEAM working for you!!! Please treat them well as they are true assets to your company!!!! Thank you all for the kindness and care given to me during this whole process. Well done everyone!! Outstanding service! Professional. Wonderful service. If I could give a higher rating I would!! Very impressed !! They did a wonderful job installing my generator . They also recently spent a week at my home removing all of my hard duct under my home and replacing my hard duct, furnace and condenser. I had terrible issues with uneven cooling. Troy helped both with the initial generator installation, hot water heater installation and again, with the replacement of the entire HVAC and hard duct system for the first floor of my home. I did not meet the other members of the crew who assisted with the most recent job. The second job was exceedingly difficult and laborious. The owner of the company was in constant communication with me and his team did an outstanding job. They even worked all day Saturday to get the job completed. Additionally, they provided window units for me so that my dogs would not get overheated. They truly took care of every detail. I have worked with Troy, Josh and Lucas Raguso ( business owner). I am extremely pleased with the work they did and I have been very impressed with Lucas’ professionalism. This company truly stands out in regard to their service. They are committed to doing the job correctly. You likely will be able to find someone to do your job less expensively, but I do not believe you will find a company available 24/7 if there is a problem or one more committed to providing excellent service.

Troy was very courteous & informative. Found 2 problems on the outside unit & quickly told me what needed to be done. Also told me the costs of repairs and how they would extend the life of the A/C system. He's very fast on the repairs & the A/C system is running fine. Glad for all he has done. 08-Nov-2021 Bobby came out this morning with a young tech. Both checked the heating system and the heater came on. On further troubleshooting Bobby found the inducer motor is bad but is working right now. Will be back out as soon as the new motor comes in. They were quick in their troubleshooting. 02-Feb-2022 Bobby and his tech came out to my house and in about 30 minutes had the heater working again. Unfortunately about 15 minutes after they left the heater failed. Placed another call & Bobby came back that afternoon. He & his tech got the heater working again quickly. They found the problem and made a necessary change in parts and the heater has been working ever since. And he let me know they would be back again with new parts to make the repair permanent. The heater is working fine and my wife & I are grateful to Bobby & his tech in making our house.
